Pre-Screening

We’ll pre-screen candidates by resume, job application, or phone calls. The pre-screening process is essential before interviews to avoid wasting time and improve the hiring outcome. We ask candidates questions regarding their career orientations, job preferences, skills and abilities, and experiences to ensure the job is a proper fit before moving forward with an interview.

Interviewing

Most candidates have at least one experience or skill they leave off their resume. An interview will give us a chance to uncover this gem and see how it can benefit the company.

Testing and Paperwork

Best Human Resource Solutions is committed to meeting your company’s policy and drug-free workplace obligations. Our hiring process includes background checks and instant drug testing, available with multiple panel options to help you maintain compliance with applicable regulations.

Verification Employment Eligibility

In addition to ensuring that all required paperwork is completed correctly and submitted, a crucial part of our hiring process includes verifying employment eligibility.
